Within BKA program, microassemblies and integrated assemblies of photosensitive charge-coupled devices (FCCD) were manufactured for the Earth remote sensing satellite -
On June 14, 2013, the Ministry of Economy entered “INTEGRAL” Holding into the Public Register of holdings with the number 62. Design of nonvolatile 1M (128Kx8) FRAM memory completed. -
A 16 Mbit CMOS RAM multi-chip module was developed and launched into mass production. A set of the 5584-series ICs, 23 types, for space applications was developed and put into mass production. Portable emergency ventilator was developed. -
1 Mb (128Kx8) K1643RA014 SRAM IC manufactured under "silicon on insulator" technology. Software and hardware for identification of reinforced concrete structures. LED lighting system for poultry farms with "sunrise-day-sunset" function. A series of near infrared silicon avalanche photodiodes. A set of multiplex switches for cooled and uncooled photodetectors. -
IC for programmable digital thermometers with EEPROM and serial interface. 4Mbit (512Kb x 8, 256Kb x 16, 12Kb x 32) SRAM IC. PS converter IC with LVDS transmitter. LVDS receiver IC with PS converter. The 2016 State Prize in the field of Science and Technology was awarded. -
Digital temperature sensor IC for industrial environment. Sets of 3 V and 5 V Manchester code interface transceivers in micro-packages for telecommunication systems. -
Development of a set of power supply supervisor IC with two fixed channels and one configurable channel; a set of power supply supervisor IC with embedded manual reset and watchdog functions; 1Mbit single electrically programmable ROM IC with 3.0-3.6V power supply, resistant to special external factors action. -
Development of application-specific digital temperature sensor IC with "1-Wire" type interface in metal-ceramic package; low-voltage high-speed transceivers of RS 485/422 interface (full duplex), resistant to special external factors action; 16-bit bidirectional transceiver IC with level conversion capability; measuring operational amplifier IC, resistant to special external factors action; 12-bit 8-channel ADC IC with SPI interface. -
Industrial Laboratory of Advanced Technologies and Materials was established. -
IC for high-speed data communication links using LVDS standard developed (12 part types). -
32 protection certificates for industrial property rights were been obtained - 5 patents of the Republic of Belarus for invention, 27 certificates of IC topology registration; 50 new products were developed. -
25 protection certificates for industrial property rights were obtained - 5 patents of the Republic of Belarus for invention, 2 patents of the Republic of Belarus for utility models, 17 certificates of IC topology registration, 1 certificate of trademark registration in the Republic of Belarus (trademark for medical devices); 58 new products were developed. -
The designs and technologies for manufacturing silicon photodiode bars for X-ray scanners and multi-pixel avalanche photodiodes for lidars, quartz oscillator ICs operating on the third harmonic of the resonator, dual unbuffered inverter ICs, RFID tag ICs supporting several information exchange protocols, 6 types of greenhouse lamps were developed.
Transport Information System was upgraded (5 types of products), i.e. software and hardware of remote reception and transmission of route information;
Within the patent and invention activities, 42 applications for registration of industrial property rights were made, 38 protection certificates for industrial property rights were obtained, including 5 patents of the Republic of Belarus for invention, 33 certificates for IC topology registration (9 certificates of the Republic of Belarus and 24 certificates of the Russian Federation);
47 new products were implemented: 36 ICs, 5 display units, 6 industrial electronics products;
Gratitude from the President of the Republic of Belarus was expressed for a significant contribution to the development of microelectronics, strengthening the industrial capacity of the country;
By the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of 11.07.24 No. 493, the Prize of the Government of the Republic of Belarus for achievements in the field of quality in 2023 was awarded;
Entry on the Republican Board of Honor, as well as the Board of Honor of the Oktyabrsky District as the best company in the field of industry based on the results of 2023;
Grand Prix of the Industry Leaders of the Republic of Belarus-2024 competition;
