Quality Management System

In 2003, JSC INTEGRAL enterprises created, implemented and certified the Quality Management System (QMS) that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2001 (STB ISO 9001:2001) in certification organizations KEMA (Netherlands) and Research and Production Republican Unitary Enterprise "BelGISS" (Republic of Belarus).

The main goal of the current quality management systems of JSC INTEGRAL - INTEGRAL Holding Managing Company is to combine the efforts of all employees for the design, production and sale of high-quality, competitive and high-tech microelectronic components, medical products and electronic products that best satisfy requirements and demands of consumers.

The QMS of JSC INTEGRAL - INTEGRAL Holding Managing Company is constantly being amended and improved, as evidenced by the increase in the product manufacturing quality level, taking into account the formation of new needs, as well as early prevention of possible problems.

In 2024, a periodic assessment of the Quality Management System was carried out with respect to the design, production and supply of integrated circuits, semiconductor devices, information transmission systems, electronic wall clocks, electronic table clocks, electronic clocks, electronic wall calendar clocks, electronic stopwatches, electronic clock-stopwatches, cash registers; production and supply of liquid crystal indicators, monocrystalline silicon wafers; design and production of LED fixtures, stationary LED fixtures, LED street fixtures, greenhouse fixtures, LED panels, audible warning devices for cars; verification of measurements used to control the parameters of military and medical products for compliance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015, ISO 9001:2015 in the National Conformity Assessment System of the Republic of Belarus.

In November 2024, the Quality Management System of JSC INTEGRAL - INTEGRAL Holding Managing Company, including the branches Semiconductor Device Plant, Transistor Plant, Belmicrosystems Design Center, Kamerton Plant, was re-certified for compliance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2015 in Electronsert voluntary certification system.

In 2018, JSC INTEGRAL - INTEGRAL Holding Managing Company created and implemented the Quality Management System for the design, development, production and maintenance of medical devices, which in 2019 was certified for compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO 13485-2017 in the National Conformity Assessment System of the Republic of Belarus.

In 2025, the Quality Management System was re-certified with respect to the design, development, production and maintenance of medical products for compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO 13485-2017, ISO 13485:2016 in the National Conformity Assessment System of the Republic of Belarus with the issuance of a relevant certificate.

In 2023, JSC INTEGRAL - INTEGRAL Holding Managing Company created, implemented and certified the Quality Management System for the design, development, production and supply of products used in the automotive industry for compliance with the requirements of STB 16949-2018 in the National Conformity Assessment System of the Republic of Belarus with the issuance of a relevant certificate.

The functions of managing the work to ensure the effective functioning of quality management systems operating in JSC INTEGRAL - INTEGRAL Holding Managing Company, maintaining them in working (current) condition and planning the work to improve them are assigned to the Quality Management Department, which also performs the functions of technical regulation and standardization, metrological support, testing of materials and process environments, quality control of development and manufacture of products at all stages of their life cycle. To successfully implement the tasks set before the Quality Management Department, its organizational structure has a compact form and includes five internal structural divisions: the Coordinating Center, Quality Management, Metrology Department, Standardization Department and the Central Plant Laboratory. The Department reports to the Deputy General Director for Quality, who is the Management representative in the field of quality.

The Quality Management Department includes divisions accredited for compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019, STB 2542-2021: Quality Management Test Center, Metrology Department, Central Plant Laboratory with accreditation areas defined by appendices to accreditation certificates.
