Quality Management System
In 2003, at the enterprises that were part of NPO Integral, a quality management system (QMS) was created, implemented and certified that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2001 (STB ISO 9001:2001) in certification organizations KEMA (Netherlands) and NPRUP "BelGISS" (Republic of Belarus).
The main task of the current quality management systems OJSC "INTEGRAL" - the managing company of the holding "INTEGRAL" is to combine the efforts of all employees for the design, production and sale of high-quality, competitive and technological microelectronic components, medical products and electronic products that best satisfy requirements and demands of consumers.
The QMS of OJSC INTEGRAL, the managing company of the INTEGRAL holding, is constantly being improved and improved, as evidenced by the improvement in the quality of manufacturing products, taking into account the formation of new needs, as well as early warning of possible problems.
In 2024, a periodic assessment of the quality management system was carried out, applied in the design, production and supply of integrated circuits, semiconductor devices, information transmission systems, electronic wall clocks, electronic table clocks, electronic clocks, electronic wall clock-calendars, electronic stopwatches, electronic clock-stopwatches, cash register adding devices; production and supply of liquid crystal indicators, monocrystalline silicon wafers; design and production of LED luminaires, stationary LED luminaires, LED street lighting luminaires, greenhouse luminaires, LED panels, car sound signaling devices; verification of measurements used to control the parameters of military and medical products for compliance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015, ISO 9001:2015 in the National Conformity Assessment System of the Republic of Belarus. In November 2024, the quality management system of INTEGRAL OJSC - the management company of the INTEGRAL holding, including the branches Semiconductor Devices Plant, Transistor, Scientific and Technical Center Belmikrosistemy, Kamerton, was re-certified for compliance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2015 in the voluntary certification system Electronsert.
In 2018, INTEGRAL OJSC - the management company of the INTEGRAL holding created and implemented a quality management system for the design, development, production and maintenance of medical devices, which in 2019 was certified for compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO 13485-2017 in the National Conformity Assessment System of the Republic of Belarus.
In 2025, the quality management system was re-certified for the design, development, production and maintenance of medical products for compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO 13485-2017, ISO 13485:2016 in the National Conformity Assessment System of the Republic of Belarus with the issuance of a corresponding certificate.
In 2023, INTEGRAL OJSC, the management company of the INTEGRAL holding, created, implemented and certified a quality management system for the design, development, production and supply of products used in the automotive industry for compliance with the requirements of STB 16949-2018 in the National Conformity Assessment System of the Republic of Belarus with the issuance of a corresponding certificate.
The functions of organizing work to ensure the effective functioning of quality management systems operating in JSC INTEGRAL - the management company of the INTEGRAL holding, maintaining them in working (current) condition and planning work to improve them are assigned to the quality management service, which also performs the functions of technical regulation and standardization, metrological support, testing of materials and process environments, quality control of development and manufacture of products at all stages of their life cycle. To successfully implement the tasks set before the quality management service, its organizational structure has a compact form and includes five internal structural divisions: the coordinating center, quality management, metrology department, standardization department and the central plant laboratory. The service reports to the Deputy General Director for Quality, who is the management representative in the field of quality. The quality management service includes departments accredited for compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019, STB 2542-2021: quality management testing center, metrology department, central plant laboratory with accreditation areas defined by appendices to accreditation certificates.
